Haddi has 21 years of managerial experience, covering the entire HR spectrum in five different countries. He has extensive experience in leading large-scale organizational interventions in Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His recent focus has been to upgrade organizations for peak performance through leveraging human capital.
