Mohammed Ahmad Al Hawri is the Deputy-Minister of Planning and International Cooperation. He has a considerable experience in the field of economic policy on which he regularly published. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Suez Canal University. He is also an associate professor of Economics in Sanaa University.
