Ahmed Noor Aldeen Abdulkader is a development and evaluation consultant with over 15 years of experience. He holds a Master’s degree in International Development and Gender. He has founded and managed research and development institutions and currently leads the "Wathba" project, which aims to scale up entrepreneurship in Yemen. He has worked with international organizations in areas such as business development, institutional development, youth and women empowerment, and education, and has led comprehensive studies and evaluations with a focus on empowering civil society, promoting inclusive governance, and enhancing cross-sector collaboration.
